The cottage has been tastefully restored with its rural character and rustic charm creating the most picturesque of places to relax, whether you’re outside on the patio in the summer or by the big open fire in the winter.
Over 2000 sqft, the cottage has a kitchen/dining room, two sitting rooms, one with open fire' downstairs and upstairs a bathroom with bath, power shower and W.C. and four bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and one walk-through bedroom with two single beds.
The cottage can sleep up to seven people comfortably and also has a cot. Other amenities include linen and duvets, oil fired central heating, television/DVD, CD player, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and separate W.C in the outside laundry room. Also outside there is the use of the garden furniture and, of course, the tyre swing.

If you do manage to leave the Cottage and its gardens during your stay there is plenty in the surrounding area to keep you busy. As well as Carnes beautiful beaches and majestic wind turbines, near-by is the unique sea inlet and lake at Our Lady’s Island [2.5km].
There are two 18-hole golf courses close by, sea bird and wild fowl reserves, horse-riding, fishing, plenty of water-based activities and the award-winning Lobster Pot Restaurant.
For a day trip you can visit nearby Rosslare Harbour [7km] and Rosslare Strand [7km], Kilmore Quay [20km] and the lighthouse at Hook Head [40km]. Wexford Town, and its many festivals, is also only a 15-minute drive away.
